Count Magnus LEE

Count Magnus Lee is a cruel, elderly vampire who rules over a small town in the middle of nowhere. He is a single parent to his young daughter, who he loves very much. He is also a powerful vampire, and he uses his powers to keep his town under his control. One day, a vampire hunter named D arrives in town.
