Cornelius

Cornelius was a butler who worked for a wealthy family. He was a tall, thin man with a long face and a neatly trimmed mustache. He was always impeccably dressed, and he took great pride in his work. One day, the family's young daughter, Alice, was playing in the garden when she came across a beautiful flower. She had never seen anything like it before, and she was so excited that she picked it and ran inside to show her parents. The flower was a forget-me-not, and it was said to bring good luck to the one who found it. Cornelius was skeptical at first, but he agreed to let Alice keep the flower.
