Chuuta SHINAGAWA is a character in the anime Flunk Punk Rumble. He is a student at the Flunk Punk High School, and he is a member of the Flunk Punk Club. Chuuta is a very talented student, but he is also very lazy. He often skips school and sleeps in class. However, when he does decide to study, he is able to learn very quickly. Chuuta is also a very kind and compassionate person, and he is always willing to help others. He is a very loyal friend, and he is always there for his friends when they need him.
