Chise HATORI

Chise Hatori is a 15-year-old girl who was sold into slavery by her parents. She is a sickly child who has the ability to see spirits. After being sold to a mysterious magus named Elias Ainsworth, Chise learns that she is a rare type of magic user who can see and interact with spirits. Elias takes Chise under his wing and begins to teach her about magic. Chise also begins to learn about the world of spirits and the dangers that they pose. As she grows stronger, Chise must decide whether she wants to use her powers to help others or to use them for her own personal gain.
