Chief Boatswain is a seasoned mechanic and the head of the maintenance crew for the Earth Federation's MS-06F Zaku II unit. He has been in the military for over 20 years and has seen his fair share of action during the One Year War. Boatswain's passion for machines and his dedication to keeping the Zaku IIs in top condition have earned him the respect of his fellow crew members.
