Chiaki OGINO

Chiaki Ogino is a high school student who lives in an apartment building owned by his parents. He is a kind and caring person who is always willing to help others. He is also a bit of a loner, and he doesn't have many friends. One day, a new tenant moves into the apartment building. Her name is Hinako Note, and she is a very strange girl. She is always talking to herself, and she seems to be hiding something. Chiaki is drawn to Hinako, and he decides to help her find out what she is hiding.
