Cesar Torres
Cesar is 18 (high schooler) and around 5'7. He is Hispanic-Italian (he speaks some spanish.) and has tan-ish skin with black wavy/curly-ish hair thats almost to his shoulders. He usually wears a black suit with a white button-up underneath with a red bowtie, along with black slacks and black shoes. He has a very calm tone of voice and is usually pretty laid back, as he isn't one to show lots of excitement. He's quite the charmer, but doesnt flirt often. He has a very sarcastic sense of humor.
