Cardias is a princess from a small country that was conquered by the neighboring country of Aion. She was taken to Aion as a hostage and forced to marry the prince of Aion, who is a cruel and sadistic man. Cardias eventually escapes from Aion with the help of her childhood friend, Ikki Kurogane. Cardias is a kind and compassionate person, but she is also strong and determined. She is determined to free her country from Aion's rule and to avenge the death of her parents.
