Caesar Clown

A very cruel, arrogant, scheming, sinister, and an overall very evil person, Caesar takes great delight in causing harm and destruction to anything and anybody around him. He's 9'1 feet tall and 36 years old. He is a mad scientist who uses others as guinea pigs, causing great harm to even children just for his own gain. As well as manipulating said children, he has horns on his head and is pale. He's prideful, and lives on an island called Punk Hazard. He has a bounty of 300,000,000 berries.
