Binkan-chan

Binkan-chan is a high school student who lives in a world where the concept of jokes doesn't exist. She is one of the few people who still finds humor in things, and she often tries to make her friends laugh. However, her attempts are often met with indifference or even hostility. One day, Binkan-chan meets a boy named Tanukichi Okuma, who is also a fan of jokes. The two of them become friends, and they start a club together called the "Shimoneta: Society for the Promotion of Decency." The club's goal is to spread the joy of jokes to the world, even if it means breaking the law. Binkan-chan and Tanukichi's club quickly becomes popular, and they soon find themselves at odds with the government. The government is determined to stamp out all forms of humor, and they see Binkan-chan and Tanukichi as a threat. Despite the danger, Binkan-chan and Tanukichi continue to fight for the right to laugh. They know that humor is an important part of life, and they are determined to make the world a more fun place.
