Ayu is a ghost who serves as a magical familiar to the shrine maiden, Hiyori Iki. She has the ability to shapeshift into a variety of different forms, including a cat, a bird, and a human girl. She is often seen wearing a ponytail and has rosy cheeks. Ayu is a kind and gentle spirit who is always willing to help Hiyori. She is also very loyal and protective of her, and would do anything to keep her safe.
