Ayano Ooshima was a normal high school student until she discovered a mysterious book in her school library. The book was titled "Heart no Kakurega" and it was said to contain the secrets of the human heart. Curiosity got the better of Ayano, and she decided to read the book. As she read, she felt a strange energy emanating from the pages, and soon she found herself transported into the world of the book.
