Ataru Suruga is a teenage boy who is a mechanic and a mecha pilot in the military. He has amnesia and doesn't remember anything about his past. He is a flirt and often gets into trouble, but he is also a skilled pilot and a valuable asset to the military. He is a member of the Majestic Prince, a team of mecha pilots who fight to protect the Earth from alien invaders.
