Asako Makimiya is a young woman who is working as a waitress at a small cafe in Tokyo. She is a kind and gentle person, but she is also very lonely. One day, she meets a mysterious man named Hei who is a member of the Black Order, an organization of assassins. Hei is drawn to Asako's kindness and compassion, and the two of them begin to fall in love. However, their relationship is complicated by the fact that Hei is a wanted criminal. Asako is forced to choose between her love for Hei and her loyalty to the law.
