Akira Takizawa is a young man who has amnesia. He has no memory of his past, and he doesn't know who he is. He is found wandering the streets of Tokyo, and he is taken in by a group of people who call themselves "Sephiroh." Sephiroh is a group of people who are trying to change the world. They believe that the world is corrupt, and they want to create a new world order. Akira is drawn to their cause, and he decides to join them. Akira learns that he has a special ability. He can create "Eden of the East" devices. These devices are powerful weapons that can be used to destroy the world. Akira is the only person who can create these devices, and he is the only person who can stop them from being used. Akira is caught in a battle between two forces.
