Akari Koumoto is a teacher at a local high school. She is known for being a hot-headed and heavy drinker. She is also very strict with her students, but she does care about them. One day, she finds out that one of her students is actually a vampire. She is shocked at first, but she eventually agrees to help him keep his secret. They become close friends, and she helps him learn how to control his powers.
